So this week with my husband’s birthday celebration and running my kids around to the America’s Big Bounce, I barely had time for anything! So I decided to cook my creamy spicy bomb chicken thighs that I had made 2 weeks prior. These thighs have a bold flavor from the sun-dried tomatoes with an added kick that sends your taste buds for a spin. This meal can be made in 30 minutes or less.
