Ingredients :
6- 4 oz. snapper fillets
6-8 tbsp. Heavy cream
1/2 of medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup of green onion, chopped
1-2 tsp. of smoked paprika
2.5 tsp. Garlic salt
2 tsp. Blackened seasoning
2 lemons
2 bunches of parsley, chopped
2-3 tbsp of butter or 1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions:
Clean fish by rinsing thoroughly and cleaning snapper with fresh lemon juice from one lemon.
Season snapper fillets with 2 tsp. garlic salt, 2 tsp. magic blackened seasoning, and 1 tsp. smoked paprika. Make sure to evenly coat both sides of the snapper.
Place the snapper fillets inside of the air fryer oven/convection oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. (Note: you can opt to pain fry in olive oil/butter on both sides or air fry according to your labeling instruction – both options will usually take 5-10 minutes to cook)
While the snapper is in the air fryer oven, place 2 tbsp. of olive oil or 2-3 tbsp. of butter into a frying pan and add green pepper and green onion. Stir continuously and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, 1 freshly squeezed lemon, 0.5-1 tsp. of smoked paprika, and 0.5 tsp. garlic salt into the frying pan.
Let the creamy sauce simmer on low-medium for about 5 minutes or until snapper is complete.
Add snapper into creamy sauce, drizzle a little sauce over the top of the snapper.
Sprinkle fresh parsley atop, enjoy!
