Almost 25% of children are obese and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, fibroids, endometriosis, and HIV impact women of color at an alarming rate. Creating consistent healthy routines to create healthy families is key to combating chronic disease. This is why Dr. Tamara helps all of her clients get unstuck from the chaos of draining unhealthy routines by helping them build a routine that fits their schedule, family, and lifestyle.

Meet Dr. Tamara
Hey, my name is Dr. Tamara Richards and I am a board-certified clinical pharmacist, NASM certified nutritionist, wife, mother of two, and woman of God with a passion for helping moms learn to prioritize themselves and their health while balancing the demands of motherhood.
I have had two C-sections and have lost at least 35 pounds with each of my pregnancies naturally. My journey to where I am today is a result of prioritizing myself despite my busy lifestyle, consistency, and understanding the science behind weight loss.
Through Virtuous Bodies, I teach all of my clients the science and the why behind their journey so that they are able to maintain their results well after our time together. My combined experience allows me to create customized plans for each of my clients to improve their confidence, energy, health, and aesthetics.
